We do not have any replacement stock at hand so we sent what was in the US factory directly to you.
The arrival period of the product here should be Dec 6 but there might be a delay. It will be shipped via Fedex on December 5 so it is schedule to arrive 10 days from December 6.
If this would be alright with you then we would be taking off 10% off and refund the 7.7 dollars back to you as a sign of our apology.

Since we didn't have stock in hand, we decided to send the product directly from the warehouse in the US.
The delivery due date for the product was Dec. 6, however apparently there will be the delay. We will ship it on Dec. 5 by Fedex and scheduling the delivery between Dec.6-Dec. 10. If you could accept this, We are going to refund $7.7, 10% of product cost to compensate for your trouble.
