The product being delivered as of the moment has been treated as a non delivered product and our store have obtained a similar product that was delivered in the warehouse of US Amazon (Zelda Figure) and sent this to the customer. I think the product should arrive on November 18 so please accept it. In addition, please reject the product (E-packet) if it arrives so it will be returned to us.

In regards to the product which is still to be delivered, we will treat it as lost in transit. We have just received the same item at our America amazon warehouse (Zelda figure), and have reshipped the item to you. It is scheduled to arrive on 8th of November, so please go ahead and receive the delivery upon arrival. In the case where the item that was shipped from Japan (E-packet) is delivered to you, it would be much appreciated if you could reject the delivery for it to be sent back to us.

We have deemed that the item currently on the shipment would not be delivered and we would ship the same item (figure of Zelda) we have just delivered from the Amazon.com US. The secondly shipped item will be delivered to you on Nov. 18 so please accept the parcel. And, if the USPS attempt the delivery of the item shipped from Japan, please refuse to receive it so that it will be returned to Japan automatically.
