契約書の中で記載されている"取決め書"をお送りします。内容を確認して下さい。特に別紙に記載されている連絡責任者名及び連絡先に間違いがないか確認して下さい。
もし問題がなければ写しを製造所で保管して下さい（問題がなくても連絡だけはして下さい）。原本は当社で保管します。
また、今後担当責任者の変更等があった場合はその旨を連絡して下さい。こちらからも連絡します。
また、製品を出荷する際は第4条に必ず従ってください。

Especially, Please confirm that whether there is something wrong about the address as well as the name of the person in charge of contact which recorded in another paper If there is no problem, please keep it in a copy at the mill. (Even though there is no problem, please contact me) The original will be kept in our company.
