普段から、あなたのサイトを使用していますが、つい最近より、
Make offerの機能が使えなくなりました。
思い当たる事ですが、1件だけPaypalの支払いを受け付けて
貰えなかったので、セラーへキャンセルをしたいとの連絡をしましたが、
大丈夫ですとの返事だけくれて、キャンセル処理をしてもらえませんでした。

セラーにも了承を得ましたし、メッセージの記録も
お見せしますので、制限の解除をお願いしたいです。

I regularly use your site, however the Make offer function is no longer usable recently.
And it come into my mind that there was only one payment in Paypal that I was not able to receive, so I contacted the seller that I want to cancel. However, the seller only responded with an "okay" and the cancellation was not processed.
This is the transaction No.
↓
I also got an acknowledgement from the seller. I also showed them the message log so I want to request for the removal of the restrictions.
