破れた袋にはミックスされたビーズが入り、テープで封をしてありました。
箱は御社のオリジナルの箱ではなく中国のタバコの箱に変わっていました。
明らかに中国のfedexでトラブルがあったと思われます。
日本のfedexに状況を説明したら、日本のfedexが私に支払いをするのではなく、中国のfedexが御社に連絡をとり、直接支払いをすると言われました。

Have you seen the attached image that I sent you?
I don't think such damage would occur in normal occasion.
There sere mixed beads in the broken bag, and it was taped and closed.
The box was not your original one, but was replace by Chinese tobacco box.
Obviously there seems to have been a trouble at FedEx in China.
As I explained the situation at FedEx Japan, I was told that it's not FedEx Japan to pay me but FedEx in China will contact your company and make direct payment.
Please talk to FedEx in China for more details.
