箱は御社のオリジナルの箱ではなく中国のタバコの箱に変わっていました。
明らかに中国のfedexでトラブルがあったと思われます。
日本のfedexに状況を説明したら、日本のfedexが私に支払いをするのではなく、中国のfedexが御社に連絡をとり、直接支払いをすると言われました。

The box was changed from our original box to a Chinese tabacco box.
It is clear that something has went wrong in fedex in China.
I explained this situation to fedex in Japan and they told me that fedex China will pay you for the defect.
