何回もすみません。
今度は御社ではなく、メーカーのA社が作成した0.2を超えない範囲である事を記載しているドキュメントを、商品1,2,3それぞれ全てに対して提出するようにと言われました。
それらがない場合は通関させず全て返品か破棄と言われてしまいました。
A社に依頼してドキュメントを用意してもらう事はできますか？

And I was told that all the products won't be cleared by customs or would be disposed without the documents.
So can you ask Company A to prepare the documents?

Sorry for continuously bothering you.
It is not your company this time. I was asked to submit the documents that mentions the item regarding maker Company A that created the scope not exceeding 0.2 in relation to all products 1,2 and 3.
I was told that all the products won't go through customs and will either be returned or disposed without those documents.
So can you request Company A to prepare the documents?
