商品がなかなか届かないのですね。了解しました。
私は何の問題もありません。商品が届くのを待つつもりで考えています。
電話についてですが、現在、私のオフィスには通訳が常駐していませんので
すぐに電話がかけられません。
メールでのやりとりをお願いします。
毎日、メールボックスをチェックします。
私の初回分はいつ頃になりそうですか?

Sorry it took so long for me to reply.
I understand that the products are taking longer to arrive.
I have no problem with that, and plan on waiting until they arrive.
Also, regarding telephone calls, our office doesn't have an interpretor all the time, so we cannot make phone calls.
So we'd rather use email for communication.
I will check my emails everyday.
When can we expect the first one to arrive?

So the product has yet to arrive right? I understand.

As far as the phone is concern, the interpreter is currently not residing in my office so you will not be able to call via phone.
Please do the exchange via email.
