1.Webブラウザで 以下のURLへアクセスしてください。
2.別途お伝えしている「UserID」と「Password」を入力し、「Login」ボタンを押してログインしてください。
3.Order Entry Pageで、ルールに従って日付、各itemの発注数を入力して下さい。
発注しないitemは「No Order」をチェックして下さい。
4.入力した内容を一時的に保存して、入力を一旦終了する場合には「Save Your Order」を押して下さい。
2. Log in using the User ID and Password that we have informed you separately, and press the Login button.
3. Please confirm the dates and quantities of each items, following the rules on Order Entry Page.
Tick the No Order box if you do not wish to order an item.
4. If you wish to finish the input and save the informations temporarily, press Save Your Order.

3. On the Order Entry Page, please enter the date, ordering quantity of each item. Please give check mark to “No Order” for the items not ordering.
4. When you want to pause entering the data and save the entered data temporarily, please click “Save Your Order”.
その月の発注を確定する場合は「Check Your Order」を押してください。
5. 4で「Check Your Order」を押すと、入力した内容が確認表示されます。
修正したい場合は「Change Your Order」を押して下さい。
表示された内容で発注を確定する場合は「Send Your Order」を押してください。完了画面が表示され、発注が確定します。
※発注入力は毎月10日までに完了してください。
(11日以降は入力ができなくなります。)
If you click on Check Your order in 5.4, it shows what has been captured.
If you want to correct it, please click on Change Your Order.
If you are ready to place an order as it is, please click on Send Your Order. The complete screen will appear, sending your order.
Please place your order by the 10th day of every month.
(You cannot do so after the 11th.)
5. You will be directed to a confirmation page once you press Check Your Order in instruction 4.
If there is anything you'd like to change, press Change Your Order.
If you are happy with it, please press Send Your Order.
You will be directed to the final screen and the order will be finalized.
*Please end all order inputs by the 10th of each month.
(After the 11th, you will not be able to input anything.)
5. When clicking the “Check Your Order” in the step 4, the confirmation screen of entered data is displayed. Click “Change Your Order” for editing the entry. Click “Send Your Order” to confirm the order of the items displayed.
The order complete screen is displayed and the order is executed.
Caution: Please complete the order entry by 10th day of every month.
(The entry cannot be carried on after 11th day of month.)
5. After you click "Check Your Order" on step 4, you see a sammary of your order.
If you want to modify the information, please click "Change Your Order".
When you want to place the order with the displayed information, please click "Send Your Order". Your order is placed when you see a screen of completion of order.
*Orderes need to be placed by 10th of every month.
(You cannot input informtaion after 11th.)
When you press "Check Your Order" in 5.4, then the contents you had input will be displayed for the confirmation. If you want to modify, please press "Change Your Order."
If you want to confirm the order, please press "Send Your Order." Then you will see the completion screen and the order will be confirmed.
※ Please complete your order before the 10th of every month..
(You cannot input from 11th of the month.)
この発注システムが販売会社向けに自動送信しているメールは、以下の3種類です。
【毎月 11日】発注確定のお知らせ
発注が未入力のまま入力期限となり、自動的に発注が確定になった場合に送信されます。
【毎月 3、5、8、9、10日】もうすぐ入力期限のお知らせ
発注入力が未完了の場合に、入力期限が近いことをお知らせします。
【不定期】修正許可のお知らせ
発注入力完了後、管理者が「修正許可」の処理を行った場合に送信されます。
【11th day of every month】Notification of firm order
As no order has been placed, automatically the order has been confirmed.
【3rd, 5th, 8th, 9th, 10th of every month】 Notification of upcoming deadline
If no order has been placed, we will notify you of the upcoming deadline.
【Unperiodically】 Notification of correction permission
After an order is placed, the administrator processes correction permission.
[On the 11th day of every month] Notification of confirmation of order
This email is sent out when the entry limit is exceeded without entering the new data and automatic order confirmation is executed by the system.
[3rd, 5th, 8th, 9th and 10th day of every month] Notification of approaching to the entry limit
This email is sent out when the entry limit is approaching to close without entering the new order.
[Unscheduled] Notification of permission for the revision
This email is sent out when the administrator executed the “Permission to Revision” after completing the order confirmation.
