注文をうけてバイヤーがキャンセルされていて、私はまだ何もしていませんが何故か評価1をつけられました。コメントも悲惨なものです。私はこの評価に納得できません。削除をお願いできないでしょうか？よろしくお願いします。

A buyer ordered from us, cancelled his account, and gave us 1 star review with a terrible comment. I have not done anything to deal with this, but I just cannot agree with this review. Could you please delete this comment? Kind regards.

The buyer has placed an order and he/she cancelled it by his/her self. I did not do anything but I received a low score of 1 and I received a poor comment although I did not do anything.I cannot seem to comprehend it. Can you have it erased? Thank you very much.

The order received was cancelled by the buyer and I have yet to do anything so far so why was I given an evaluation of 1? The comment was also very cruel. I cannot accept this evaluation. So can I request this to be deleted? Thank you very much.

I received the order but it got canceled by the buyer. I hadn't done anything with the order but the buyer gave me one star on rating. Also, the comment he/she left is awful. I don't think this feedback is fear at all. Can you delete this? Thank you.
