<strong>Arai:</strong><br></br>An employment agency which dispatches clerical workers has a system that it collects staff beforehand and chooses a person from its own database and dispatches him/her according to demand from companies which are its customers, such as "we hope for a person which has this skill". But we are quite different from it.

<strong>arai：</strong><br></br>The system of so called employment agency is to pool the manpower in advance and dispatch them who meet the request to “dispatch persons fulfilling specific skills” from a company as the customer; it is standard way that the agency, in response to company’s request, searches the manpower from their data base, and then, dispatches them to the requesting company. But, the system of our company is totally different from them.
