商品を開封済み、もしくは使用後の返品は本来再販することができない為、amazonの規定により商品代金の50％を返金させていただいております。ただ弊社では開封済みの未使用品を中古品として再販することができるため、90％を返金させていただいております。また返品いただく場合は往復の送料を購入者様にご負担いただきます。ご検討下さい。

We are sending items exactly like our product description on the Amazon webpage. If customers have any unclear points and inquire us before purchase, we investigate and answer them.
If an item is opened or sent back after it was used, we cannot resell them normally. Therefore, we refund 50% of the product price in accordance with Amazon's rules. However, it is possible for us to resell an item if it's opened and in an unused status so we can refund 90% of the product price. Also, if a buyer wishes to return the product, he/she will be in charge for the shipping for returning the item. We ask for your consideration.

Since products that have been opened or used can not be sold again, we give repayments of 5ß% of the product price according to Amazon standards. But, since we can reselll products that have been opened but not yet used, we give a repayment of 90% in that case. Also please note, that if you do want to exxchange your product, you have to pay for the shipment back and forth.
