私の家の下は、昔…島だったらしく、埋め立て地ではなかったの。

東京では渋谷、恵比寿、新宿、六本木…付近で遊んでます。
友達と飲んだり、カラオケ、ダーツしたり、英語の勉強がてら六本木に行って
バーでアメリカの人とお話します。英語が不慣れだから
相手を知らないで話しているから少し怖い

That earthquake was absolutely terrifying.
The area I'm living in did certainly suffer from liquefaction being a reclaimed land,
but my house was on top of a land where it was an island before, so it wasn't a reclaimed land.
So I'm okay, thank you for worrying about me.
In Tokyo, I hang out around Shibuya, Ebisu, Shinjuku, Roppongi...
I drink, go to Karaoke, play darts, and talk with American people in bars of Roppongi for English practice.
It is a little scary not being able to talk well in English and not knowing the other person.

So I was safe. There is no need to worry.
I divert myself in Tokyo area such as Shibuya, Ebisu, Shinjuku and Roppongi.
I go for drink, go to Karaoke, play darts with my friends. I go to bars in Roppongi to study English by chatting with Americans. As I am not good at speaking English, I am bit scared to speak with people I don’t know.
