I viewed the Hoto recipe video. Dashi making method is very similar to making miso soup. I actually make my own miso soup myself. Adding fish flakes really add to the taste. Did you make this yourself?? That's amazing! This is perfect for cold season.
Regarding shipping, the 200 Blendy sticks are quite heavy, over 5kg. The cost will be $108 through EMS.
Bean paste sweets are kept safely in a fridge.

I was able to watch the hōtō recipe video. The way of eating the dashi is quite similar to miso soup, isn't it? Actually, I often make miso soup myself. I think it's even better if you add bonito flakes to it. Have you made it? It's great! It's an absolutely delicious food when it gets cold.
As for the shipping charges, 200 Blendy sticks are heavy, and weigh more than 5 kg. It would be $108 through EMS. I'm keeping the anko sweets in the refrigerator.
