今回のが納品されてからの話になりますが、数点教えてください。あなたのホームページに出ている●●製の中古商品は、オーダーした何日後に発送できますか？オーダーに際しては事前に状態が知りたいので、写真をメールしてもらうことはできますか？そして新品の場合、数個発注したら、今後も１ヶ月以上の納期がかかりますか？

I see that people in the manufacturer have been in the Christmas mood even now. The originally planned shipment date, a month later, has already passed. When is the next delivery? Please let us know via e-mail when you’ve shipped the products.
Please give us answers to the following questions for the future transactions after we’ve received the order this time:
How many days later, after we order the used products made in xxx posted on your Web site, can you ship them?
Can you send us some pictures via e-mail because we need to know the condition of a product before ordering it?
Will it take a month or more for the delivery in the future if we order some pieces of brand-new products?

I could understand that staff in the maker is still in Christmas feeling. However, original estimation of a month before delivery has been past already. Can you please let me know the date of next goods arrival to you? Please kindly notify me when you ship the items.
I have few questions that you might be able to help, although I would like to wait for arrival of the previous order before I have concrete discussion with you. How many days you would require before you dispatch second hand item of the ●●, which you have on your web page? Could you send me some photos of the item, as I would like to know more about its condition before I place my order? If it is a new product, providing that my order contains several of it, would it take more than a month, again, before they arrive to me?

I understood that the people of the maker were still Christmas feelings. However, one month said an original plan passes. When is the next arrival? Give me an email if you send it out.

Although this is the next step after I receive this items, I would like to ask you a couple of things. How long does it takes to ship the the used item by XX manufacture on your website once I complete the order? When I order the item, I would like to see the condition.
