今回初めて荷物の転送を依頼しましたが、荷物は集荷したようですが、保留にされてりうように思います。私が決済をするためのカード振り込みを行うためのメールを頂いていません。私はどのようにすればいいのでしょうか？荷物は早く来てもらわないと困るので、心配です。

I have requested forwarding the package, which I have never done before. Looks like the package was collected, but I think it may be on hold. I have not received email for payment. What should I do? I am worried because I would like to get the package soon.

I made first request to transfer of package(s). It seems that the package(s) was(were) collected but held up in your side. I have not yet received email notification to make payment with my credit card either. Can you please advise what I should do? I am very anxious to receive the package(s) and getting increasingly worried.

This was my first request to transfer the package. It seems that the package was duly picked up, but I think it is still on hold. And I haven't even received an e-mail to make payment on my credit card. Please let me know what I should do next. I'm starting to worry because I need this package to be delivered asap. Please kindly advise.
