今回初めて荷物の転送を依頼しましたが、荷物は集荷したようですが、保留にされてりうように思います。私が決済をするためのカード振り込みを行うためのメールを頂いていません。私はどのようにすればいいのでしょうか？荷物は早く来てもらわないと困るので、心配です。

I made first request to transfer of package(s). It seems that the package(s) was(were) collected but held up in your side. I have not yet received email notification to make payment with my credit card either. Can you please advise what I should do? I am very anxious to receive the package(s) and getting increasingly worried.
