今回初めて荷物の転送を依頼しましたが、荷物は集荷したようですが、保留にされてりうように思います。私が決済をするためのカード振り込みを行うためのメールを頂いていません。私はどのようにすればいいのでしょうか？荷物は早く来てもらわないと困るので、心配です。
