11月下旬になると聞きいていましたね。
そこをなんとか
下記の分だけ10月23日までに配送してもらえませんか？

もし可能であれば、その時一緒に下記の商品も送ってください。

■ 30枚
日本サイズの商品がまだ中国から届いていなければ、届く日にちを教えて下さい。
今回11月1日までに日本サイズを欲しがっているお客さんがいるので
一部先に送って欲しいのです。

You mentioned earlier that the Japanese sized items will be ready by the end of November.
I hope you can do something to help me out.
Could you deliver just the following number by October 23?

If possible, please send the following amount together
■15
■30
If the Japanese sized items haven't arrived from China yet, please tell the date of arrival.
Since there is a client who wants the Japanese sized item by November 1, I would like you to send over some portions.
Thank you for your help.
