(This is because the delivery from the Rose farm is scheduled to be on October 5. It will take a few days for the delivery when orders are made for roses.)
We are sincerely sorry for not being able to meet your expectations.
Is it alright if the product would arrive by October 7?
If you are alright with this then we will be making an order with the rose farm, so we appreciate for your kind response not later that 17:00(Japan Time)
If we receive your response prior to 17:00(Japan Time), then we can deliver it by October 7.
