甲州地域(山梨)に古くから親しまれてきた「ほうとう」をめん打ちから体験し食事して
いただき、この地域の歴史と文化を味わいます。
☆ほうとうとは少し幅が広く平たい「うどん」のような麺です。その麺と野菜を一緒に入れ、味噌仕立てで煮込んで食べます。

●めん打ちや野菜の切り分けをしながらほうとうを作ります。
●完成後、お楽しみの食事タイムです。

You can experience making and eating "Hoto", which has been familiar with people in Koshu district (Yamanashi) for a long time. You can learn the history and culture here through this experience.
*"Hoto" is flat noodle like "Udon". It is pretty wide. Put it with vegetables and soup in the pot and boil with miso, then you can eat it.
*If you have allergy, please tell us before, and we will make do.

We eat this noodle with some vegetables boiled in the thick miso soup "soy bean flavour".
