送料$40で請求書を作り直しましたので、ペイパルから入金してください。
ご連絡いただいた通りUPSは使わず、郵便局から送ります。
英語が得意ではないので、何度も変更があり申し訳ありません。
入金の確認が取れ次第、商品をすぐに発送致します。

Does email address mean the invoice?
$80 for shipping cost was wrong.
I made an invoice with $40 of the shipping cost, so please pay by Paypal.
I will send it by Post office, not UPS as you mentioned.

１行目について、もしも先の翻訳依頼されていた分の
「Please send me your email so I can pay you ??? William.」のemailでしたら
アドレスではなくてメールなので、１行目は不要かもしれないと思いました。
