I got the item yesterday. Unfortunately, product of a different color from the one I ordered arrived.

The color that arrived was what I ordered to begin with. I wanted a different color, so I e-mailed you.
You never replied, and I requested a cancellation of the order from Qoo10's purchase information page, and I reordered.
Purchase information page still states that the first order was cancelled.
