If the products do not arrive by September 1st, I will start processing Open Dispute page.
If I do not do this, the system automatically assumes that I received all four products.
I am excited for the products` arrival, but under the system I have no choice but to open dispute, or it assumes that the products arrived already.

If I cannot receive the item by September 1, I will start the procedure by clicking the Open Dispute.

If I do not receive the products by September 1,

From a system-wise view , i was forced to start this process , since all the products would be set to "received" if I do not proceed with the process.
