必要に応じて管理部にその方法で問題ないか問い合わせてください。
2. 今は試用期間ですが、その期限が終わる前に支払い情報を入力しても大丈夫か確認してください。入力日したらその日から「有料期間」としてカウントされるのか、それとも試用期間が終わってからカウントされるのかが知りたいです。
3. 上記情報が揃い次第、シェアしてください。

1. In reference to the administration screen, we would like to confirm payment methods.
If necessary, please ask the administration whether nor not that method is a problem.
2. If in a trial period, please confirm whether or not entering payment information is possible before that trial period has ended. We'd like to know whether entering payment makes the "paid member period) start on that day or on the day the trial period will end.
3. Please share the above information as soon as it is set.

2. We are currently in the testing period , please make sure the payment information were entered correctly before the deadline. I want to know if the period from the date of entry until the "pay period" is being counted when the testing period is over.
