私は免許証のコピー、もしくはパスポートコピーをスキャンして、電子メールで送る事ができます。
しかし、ファックスで送る事は出来ません。電子メールでもかまいませんか？
クレジットカードでの支払いに問題がある場合は、PayPalで支払えば問題は解決しますか？
当初PayPalで支払いを行おうと試みましたが、サイトのエラーで支払う事は出来ませんでした。PayPalでの支払いで解決するのであれば、私のメールアドレスに請求書を送ってください。

Hello.
I can scan my driver's lisence or a copy of my passport and send them on an e-mail, but I can't fax them.
Is it ok to send them on an e-mail?
If there is a problem at the payment with my credit card, payment with PayPal can solve it?
I tried to pay it with PayPal at first, but I couldn't do it because of an error of the web site. If payment with PayPal can solve the problem, please send the bill to my e-mail address.

It was my first time to pay through PayPal but the website turned error so I was not able to pay. If the payment is already settled please send the invoice in my e-mail.
