こんにちは。
私は免許証のコピー、もしくはパスポートコピーをスキャンして、電子メールで送る事ができます。
しかし、ファックスで送る事は出来ません。電子メールでもかまいませんか？


クレジットカードでの支払いに問題がある場合は、PayPalで支払えば問題は解決しますか？
当初PayPalで支払いを行おうと試みましたが、サイトのエラーで支払う事は出来ませんでした。PayPalでの支払いで解決するのであれば、私のメールアドレスに請求書を送ってください。

If there's a problem to occur in paying through credit card, will the problem be settled if I will pay through PayPal?
It was my first time to pay through PayPal but the website turned error so I was not able to pay. If the payment is already settled please send the invoice in my e-mail.
