This is a brand new product so I cannot say for sure in there are demands in Japan, but I believe that there are many people who want this product in Japan.

翻訳ありがとうございます。上記の方と迷ったのですが、” it is still unknown whether there would be needs in Japan or not. Still we believe a lot of people want this product in Japan.” の部分はちょっと僕の考えるニュアンスと違います。
この表現だと、”ニーズがあるかどうか分からない。でも、僕らは売れると思う” という感じになるのでしょうか。
これだと、たとえ製品がダメでも、僕らだけが売れると盲信しているかのようです(笑)。そういうことではありません。
”まだ不透明でハッキリとはしないが、日本でもニーズはあるよ！" という部分を伝えるのがこの翻訳のキモなので、”I cannot say for sure in there are demands in Japan, but I believe that there are many people who want this product in Japan.” と意訳をして下さった上記の方の翻訳を利用することにしました。
