I would apologize you for being late to response to you because of time difference between Japan. Although I researched, all I could pursuit in Japan was that the staff is preserved in some kind of post office in Santa Monica.
I will research here too, but I was informed it will take me for more that 1 week to be given an answer from the post office.
Was there any delivery notification paper with pink color of USPS? The name of post office that is responsible for the delivery is supposed to be noted on the paper.
