こちらでも調べてみますが、回答に１週間以上かかると郵便局から言われました。

I will research here too, but I was informed it will take me for more that 1 week to be given an answer from the post office.
Was there any delivery notification paper with pink color of USPS? The name of post office that is responsible for the delivery is supposed to be noted on the paper.
