先日あなたから購入したRBZ Tour 8 Head(T34610)に不具合があります。
トゥ側に凹みがあることと、Headを振ったら内部からカラカラ異常音がします。到着した時点から発生していましたので、返品させてください。
EMSで発送予定です。到着後、返金してください。ちなみにHeadのフィルムは外しています。発送先の郵便番号、住所、電話番号を教えてください。
あと、R1の件であなたに水曜日に連絡すると言われましたが、返信がきていません。こちらも合わせて対応をお願いします。

The RBZ Tour 8 Head (T34610) received previously is defective. It has a dent near the toe, and makes weird sounds inside when it is swinged. We found these when we received it, so I want to return this head.
