先日あなたから購入したRBZ Tour 8 Head(T34610)に不具合があります。
トゥ側に凹みがあることと、Headを振ったら内部からカラカラ異常音がします。到着した時点から発生していましたので、返品させてください。
EMSで発送予定です。到着後、返金してください。ちなみにHeadのフィルムは外しています。発送先の郵便番号、住所、電話番号を教えてください。
あと、R1の件であなたに水曜日に連絡すると言われましたが、返信がきていません。こちらも合わせて対応をお願いします。
The RBZ Tour 8 Head (T34610) received previously is defective. It has a dent near the toe, and makes weird sounds inside when it is swinged. We found these when we received it, so I want to return this head.
I am going to return it by EMS. Please refund once you receive it. We have removed the film from the head. Please tell me your zip code, address and telephone number for the return.
