eBayの規約を再度確認いたしましたところ、売り手と買い手の間で連絡を取り合い、問題が解決しなかった場合、買い手が（eBay）に「ケースを申請する」となっておりましたので、このescalate the caseは「ケースを申請する」に該当するものと考えられますので、こちらにて訂正させていただきます。
