When I informed the buyer that I will send a gift card as my apology, he agreed to take down the feedback. I want to send gift card or coupon, can I use Amazon email to send gift card? I appreciate that you let me know if there are other ways for that. Anyways, is this against the rule? Is there any ways to offer discount to the buyer without breaching the rule?
