当店のミスで10個送るべきところ、1個だけしか送っていませんでした。
既に返金処理を行い、返品も不必要とのメールもお送りし、
当店ができる最大限の処置をさせていただきました。

I am extremely sorry for this.
Due to an error on our part we only sent 1 unit instead of the 10 we were meant to send.
We have already processed a refund, sent an email that there is no need for the item to be returned, and have done everything that is within our power to do.
If this has been an acceptable solution for you then we would be extremely grateful if you could remove your rating.
Once again, I apologize sincerely for the trouble this has caused.
