先日頂いたメールをそのまま私の銀行にFAXしましたが、返金には応じられないようです。
どうしても私の銀行は認証ナンバーと金額の記載がされたキャンセル受付のメールの確認ができないと返金に応じられないようです。

My bank needs an email for the cancelation approval with the verification number and the amount in order to issue a refund.
My bank can issue a refund when it verifies an email from Amazon approving the cancellation, so please email me with the following information:

I sent the email from you to my bank by FAX, but they don't seem to agree to refund.
My bank definitely needs verification number and acceptance of cancellation email stating the amount in order for them to make refund.

They will make refund if they can confirm email sent from amazon stating that they accepted cancellation with the above two information, so please write the above 2 information and send me an email.
