As the item you kindly purchased from us is region-free and therefore is compatible with PAL, so you shouldn't have any problems in the region where you live. For this reason, once you have broken the seal we can no longer accept a refund. We hope for your understanding regarding this policy.

As the product itself that you have purchase is 'region-free'and usable through the 'PAL' method, there are no potential issues pertaining to the usage of the product within the area that you are currently residing in.
