本来ebayのポリシーにもありますが、通常の返品はバイヤーの責任になるので、万が一荷物が届かなかったら返金が難しいので、追跡を勧めています。ebayに確認してもらってもかまいません。メッセージも全てebayが閲覧できます。しかし、今回はかなり特別に差額の$24を負担してもいいです。支払った以上の返金になるので、PayPalから私に差額を請求してください。
確認したいのですが、regular は$50もかかるのですか？それとも違う方法として、書いてあるのでしょうか？

As stated in the ebay policy, we recommend our customers to use a shipment method with a tracking system as they are responsible for their returns. Please feel free to confirm this with ebay. You can also view all the messages on ebay.
I am, however, willing to cover the difference of $24 as an execption this time. Please send me a request for the difference via PayPayl as the return is over the payment amount.

Originally it is listed in the policy of ebay, and buyer must be responsible for returning of the product usually. If the package does not arrive, it is difficult to refund money and thereby we recommend tracking. You can check ebay. You can see all the messages in ebay.
