バイヤーからネガティブフィードバックを貰いましたが、

問題を解決し、バイヤーがフィードバックの改訂に応じてくれるそうです。

しかし、私からフィードバックの改訂要求を送ることは出来ません。(限度を超えている為)

このような場合、どのようにしてフィードバックを改訂してもらえばよろしいでしょうか?

Hi,

I got a negative feedback from my buyer, but I solved the problem and the buyer agreed to revise the feedback.
However I cannot send a revision request (reached the maximum request #).
How can I request the buyer to revise the feedback in this case?
