バックグラウンドで使用する場合、睡眠サイクルの計測をスタートさせた後、スリープボタンを押しお使いの端末をスリープ状態にするか、ホームボタンを押してアプリを閉じてから端末をシーツ下にセットして下さい。バックグラウンドでの使用の場合、端末の向きは上下どちらでも構いません。

フォアグラウンドで使用する場合、睡眠サイクルの計測をスタートさせた後、アプリを閉じずに、起動した状態で端末をシーツ下にセットして下さい。フォアグラウンドでの使用の場合、誤操作を避けるため端末は下向きにして下さい。

In background usage, after starting the measurement of sleep cycle, press the Sleep button to set the present terminal in sleep mode, and then, press the Home button to close the application and set the terminal under the sheet. In background usage, it does not matter for the orientation of the terminal being directed up or down.

In foreground operation, after starting the measurement of sleep cycle, do not close the application and set the terminal under the sheet in start-up state. In foreground usage, make the orientation of the terminal towards down to avoid maloperation.

※ バックグラウンドでの使用は、様々な要因によりアプリが強制終了されるなど、不具合が生じる可能性がございます。差し支えがなければ、なるべくフォアグラウンドでの使用をお願い致します。なお、フォアグラウンドで使用した場合でも、端末をシーツ下にセットした時点で節電モードが働きますので、バッテリーを大幅に消費する心配はございません。

※ なお、差し支えがなければ、ヘルプの“使用方法”を参考に、フォアグラウンド（アプリが起動した状態）でのご使用をお願い致します。
