以前に購入したaaaについて。
私が販売した私の顧客からクレームを受けました。
屋内での通常使用にも関わらず、三週間ほどで点灯しなくなったとのことでした。
返品されたネオン管を点検しましたところ、スイッチを入れると一瞬だけ点灯しますが、すぐに消灯してしまいます。
ネオン管の割れや外観の破損はありません。
何が原因か分かりますか？
また、修理方法が分かれば教えてください。

Regarding the recently purchased aaa.
I received a claim from my customer.
Regardless of it being for indoor use, it had not been lit for about 3 weeks.
When I investigated the returned neon tube, the light came on for a moment but soon cut out.
There is no damage visible on the neon tube.
Do you know what could be the cause?
Also, please inform me of any possible fixes you may know of.

I received the complaint from a customer bought this item.
He complained that the item stopped to generate the light after about 3 weeks even though it was used indoor and normal.
I inspected the neon tube and found out that it generated the light momentarily upon turned on but it went off immediately after then.
There was no visible cracks and external damages.
Do you have any idea for this trouble?
And, please let me know how to rectify this trouble if you will come out with some solution,
