先日商品を購入したのですが、フィギュアの腰に挿した刀の柄が無い事に気付きました。
箱は未開封なので、中を探してみても破片は見当たりません
パッケージの絵には柄がついていますが、不良品でしょうか？

商品を検品する際に、カッターで切り裂かれて商品が破損する事が頻繁にあります
手間なのでクレーム申請はしませんが、作業員のモラル向上に努めて頂きたい

1. With the item I bought from you while ago, I have found that the hilt (handle) of the sword is missing.
I looked inside with the package unopened, but could not find any debris. The drawing on the package shows the sword with its hilt, and I wonder if this is a defect. Please confirm.
I attach its picture for your reference.
2. There often are cases in which a packed product is damaged when the package was cut with a knife for inspection upon receipt from its manufacturer.
It is tiresome for me to make a claim and I won't do, but I do request for a better job from your inspection staff.

I bought the figure from your shop recently but I noticed that the hilt of sword was missing.
The package was unopened and I could not found a fragment of the hilt.
Package indicated that the figure has the sword with hilt, but is this production defect?
Please confirm as I attach the image of the product I received.

When I inspect the item I have received, the blade of knife reaches to the item and sometimes damages the item.
I am not going to make a claim since it takes time but please improve a workmanship of your workers.
