こちらの商品を日本へ送っていただきたいのですが
〇〇の決済手続きの画面で送り先を日本へ指定すると
以下のように表示されて決済手続きのところから進めなくなってしまいます。
商品ページでは送ることができることになっていたと思うのですが、
日本へ送ることはできないのですか？
送ることができるのでしたら〇〇の請求書を変更していただきたいです。

I would like you to ship the following item to Japan,
but when I select Japan as the shipping destination on the payment screen of 〇〇,
it is shown as below and I cannot go ahead from the payment screen.
In the items page, I saw that items can be shipped to Japan, but is it not possible?
If it is possible to ship the item to Japan, can you please change the invoice of 〇〇?

I think that Japan can be selected as the shipping destination according to the item description page. But is it not possible to ship to Japan?
