以前も連絡させていただきました。

こちらの商品を日本へ送っていただきたいのですが
〇〇の決済手続きの画面で送り先を日本へ指定すると
以下のように表示されて決済手続きのところから進めなくなってしまいます。


商品ページでは送ることができることになっていたと思うのですが、
日本へ送ることはできないのですか？

送ることができるのでしたら〇〇の請求書を変更していただきたいです。

I would like to let you ship this item to Japan, but on the page for payment procedures, when I select the shipping destination as Japan, the page becomes the freeze status and I cannot go any further.


I think that Japan can be selected as the shipping destination according to the item description page. But is it not possible to ship to Japan?

If it is possible to ship to Japan, please amend the billing for ○○.
