昨日私は時計の発送の連絡をさせていただきました。
私はインボイスに、ギフトとして20ドルの金額を記載しましたが、
EMSの送付状の記載をギフトではなく商取引を指定しまいました。
心からお詫びを申し上げます。
もし、この選択により通常の関税率よりも高い金額の請求が行われた場合には、差額を負担させていただきますので、ご連絡ください。
早ければあと1日か2日で到着する見込みです。

I informed you yesterday the shipping of the watch/clock.
I put it down as a gift for $20 in the invoice, but for the EMS shipping label I described it business, not a gift.
I am truly sorry for that.
If this imposes the custom based on a higher duty rate than usual on you, I will pay for the difference. Please let me know.
It will arrive within 1 or 2 days at the earliest.

I put down the price as 20 dollars for a gift on the invoice, but I specified "Business" instead of "Gift" on the letter of transmittal of EMS. I'm truly sorry about that.
If the higher tariff than usual would be applied by my mistake, please let me know. I will pay the deffirence. You are supposed to receive the parcel in as soon as a few days.
