In addition, they have common cultural senses of market, it was rather easy for Wal-Mart to go into Canadian market. On the other hand, because the European market is definitely different from that of Canada and Latin America in cultural senses of market, Wal-Mart pulled out due to limitation of infrastructure processing and development though they acquired two German entities. One more big major cause was some entities in German and France already had strategy similar to Wal-Mart, they cannot established superiority in Europe.
