I considered exchange of the item. Because the breakage occurred twice consecutively, however, I assume that the same trouble will happen in future.
I ask you for refund after you receive the item.
I haven't heard after that.
When I asked last time, a person in charge was off duty.
I judged that the situation would never change even if I wait for it anymore.
So, please make full refund for the items which haven't arrived yet.
