1.先週、刺繍の注文が多かったため配送が遅れるという件がありました
今後その場合は、時間がかかる商品は次回の配送にまわし用意が出来た商品を先に送ってもらえますか
2.時々商品Aのビニール袋が破れています
こちらも発送前に確認していただけますか
3.返品商品の送料についてですが
日本から送ると高くなります
御社で契約運送会社の安い運賃プランはありますか?
以前UPSの返品キットがあると聞いたのですが

Request regarding the delivery

I have a request regarding the delivery.
1. Last week because there was a lot of embroidery orders, the delivery has been late. In this afternoon's case, in this time's shipment could you send beforehand, preparation materials for the products that take time to make?
2. From time to time, the A material's plastic bag is being torn. Could you as well please confirm the shipment before sending?
3. Regarding the postage to returned goods, it is expensive to send from Japan. With your company's contract shipping company, Do you have a cheap fare plan? I heard before that there was a UPS return kit one.
