Record Grading: Excellent と表示されていましたが、このLPレコードは状態が良くありません、大きなノイズや針飛びがあります。
それとは別に送っていただいたアンプのプラスチックのつまみが6個こわれてました、しょうがないので、私はそれをすべて取り外して使うことにします。
また先月末に送っていただいた商品がまだ私のところには到着していません、調べていただけますか？

Although the tag showed recording grade excellent but condition of this LP record was not good and there was big noises and jumping.
In addition to that, the knobs installed to amplifier, which was sent separately, were broken. After then, I have been using without those knobs since nothing could be done.
By the way, would you please verify the shipping status of the product you have shipped out end of last month because I have not received yet.

This LP record is not in good condition although its grade was described as “Excellent”; it has large noise and stylus jumping.
Regarding the amplifier, forwarded separately, I found six plastic knobs were broken. As I have no choice, I am going to remove them.
In addition, the item you sent late last month has not arrived yet. Would you track it for me?
