paypalでの返金確認しましたが、ステータスが「削除済み」となっており返金されておりません。
paypalに問い合わせたところeCheckでの返金ではなくpaypal balanceから返金してくださいと言われました。
ですので、もう一度paypal balanceから返金をしてください。

I checked my PayPal account, but the status sates that it's been deleted, and the refund has not been made.

Hello
I tried to confirm your refund via paypal, but the status is “deleted” and the refund is unavailable.
I questioned this matter to paypal and was told that to be refund from paypal balance, not from eCheck.
Therefore, could you try refunding once more from paypal balance?

Although I inquiried of paypal about it, it told that it will not refund by eCheck but by paypal balance.
